How long does shipping take for custom keycaps?
Since our custom keycaps are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard?
Our keycaps are designed to fit standard MX-style switches (including Cherry, Gateron, and Kailh). We recommend checking your keyboard layout to ensure compatibility with our standard sets.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for standard retail items in original condition. Please note that custom-designed or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Goblintechkeys ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What materials are used for the keycaps?
We primarily use high-quality PBT plastic with dye-sublimation technology. This ensures a premium matte feel and prevents the legends from fading even after heavy use.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the production process for custom items has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.
